Hi from Carol & Amy

We're a mother-daughter baking duo! Whether you’re gluten-free by choice or necessity, our goal is to make you feel at home with baked goods that taste just as sweet, comforting, and satisfying as the classics.

Carol - Baking has always been a part of who I am. After earning my degree in Food Science and living in several states, I discovered that good food connects people no matter where life takes you. Growing up, I learned early on how to create meals for family members with special dietary needs, and that experience started me down the path of gluten-free baking.

Amy - Baking has always been a family story for me. My mom taught me the joy of creating something special from scratch, and that passion grew even stronger when I began experimenting with gluten-free recipes for my mother‑in‑law, who has celiac disease. Today, I pour that same love and care into every batch I make—because for me, baking is more than a skill, it’s my love language. I can’t wait to share that love with you, one delicious bite at a time.

Inspired by the story of Zarephath—a place where faith and provision met—we live our lives with trust, gratitude, and hope. Like the widow whose flour and oil never ran out, we are reminded that abundance can appear in unexpected ways.
